Last week, I logged off for the final time at the global company I worked for. I really enjoyed working for this company, but becoming a Mortgage Adviser has been a project I've wanted to start for the past 6 years.
I told myself it was now or never to give this project a go and I didn't want to have any regrets for not giving this a shot while I had the chance.
It was super sad to leave as I saw the team I worked in as a extended family. As time got closer to my final day, life became a real roller coaster. There were days where I'd question myself on whether I was making the right choice - working here could have led to some really exciting opportunities overseas (which was another dream I had). But I had to remind myself why I choose this path and having no regrets.
Friday 9 April finally arrived and it was time to become #brianthebroker
